Continuing Road Construction - Hammonds Plains Road

Thursday, June 5, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that beginning Thursday, June 5, and continuing until Friday, June 6, crews will be doing undergrounding work and paving on Hammonds Plains Road from Lucasville Road to Glen Arbour Way.

Lane drops will be in place while this work is going on. Motorists should expect stop-and-go traffic and long delays. Motorists are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

The municipality apologizes for the delays and any inconvenience this work may cause.
