Continuing Road Construction – Barrington Street/Windsor Street Exchange

Friday, Oct. 17, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that patching work will continue today, Oct. 17, on Barrington Street near the MacKay Bridge and the Windsor Street Exchange.

Crews will be working in the morning, weather permitting, on the Barrington Street extension from the MacKay Bridge to the Windsor Street Exchange.

Lane drops will be in place while this work is going on and there will be stop-and-go traffic. Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternative routes, if possible.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
