Road Construction – Glendale Drive

Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – Paving will take place on Friday (Oct. 31), on Glendale Drive between Pinehill and Chandler drives in Lower Sackville.

This road work will be of particular interest to Metro Transit users, as some of the paving (between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.) will take place in designated bus pull-over areas. As a result, temporary Metro Transit pick-up spots will be erected in close proximity to these pull-over areas.

Paving in the roadway will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Lane drops and stop-and-go traffic will be in place while this work is underway. Motorists should expect long delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
