Road Construction – Intersection of Oxford Street and Bayers Road

Friday, May 30, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – On Monday, June 2 (weather permitting), road construction will take place on a small stretch of Oxford Street between Bayers Road and Edgewood Avenue.

Work will begin at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Oxford and Bayers Road and will continue throughout the day towards Edgewood. Traffic signals will be shut down during the work in the intersection and traffic control personnel will be in place.

Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any delays this work may cause.
