Natural Gas Pipeline Installation – Windsor Street
Wednesday, June 25, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – Work will begin tomorrow (Thursday) on a natural gas main extension on Windsor Street between Hood Street and Maxwell Avenue.
The pipe installation and subsequent restoration work is expected to take approximately two weeks. Work crews will suspend their work daily between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., and between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Motorists can expect stop-and-go traffic will the work is underway and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
Heritage Gas and the municipality apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
