Wednesday, September 3, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that water and sewer connections on Young Street between Windsor Street and Monaghan Drive began today and will continue until Friday, September 5.
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. there will be stop-and-go traffic. Today only, crews will remain on site between 4:00p.m. and 6:00 p.m., but two-way, two lane traffic will be provided.
Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes, if possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
