“That Halifax Transit come to Regional Council one month prior to budget presentations to present any proposed changes to Halifax Transit service so that Council has ample time to debate the proposed changes before the budget comes to Council.”

“That Regional Council approve a request for a staff report regarding the revision of public information meeting procedures regarding resident mail-out notification, that all residents, whether owners or renters or otherwise living in a mail-out zone are to be sent notification of public meetings in that area.”
