These were published annually by the Clerk's Office, as "Civic Reports" or "City Reports", essentially an Annual Report. The structure of city government changed many times and so the content of the Annual Reports also changed; however, they typically include:

Digitized versions of the Civic Reports for 1865-1872; 1879-1918; 1919-1920 are presented here. The Archives has earlier Civic Reports back to 1857 which will be digitized in the future, but can be viewed at the Archives.
