"To amend By-Law N-200 Respecting Noise by adding the following

  section to Schedule A, Part 2:
(14) Notwithstanding any other section of this by-law, the maintenance

or other repair of commercial vehicles outdoors, or in a building which is

not fully enclosed in such a way as to prevent the escape of noise,

shall be prohibited as per the hours listed under Item C of the Prohibited

Times section of this by-law, if said operation is within 250 feet of a

residential property”.
