Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:08pm. 

Review of Notes from Previous Meeting – Meeting of 7 March 2006.  Moved by Delaine, Seconded by Anne to accept the notes from the meeting of 7 March 2006.  Carried.

Draft CDC Concept Submission and Brainstorming Potential CDC Projects – Craig presented the draft of the CDC concept that will be submitted to Brad Anguish for review by the legal department of HRM.   This version includes the points that were raised during the brainstorming session, under the facilitation of Sharon Martin, on 7 March 2006.  It was decided that the members would review it for accuracy and pass any comments back to Craig at the next meeting.  Craig will send the draft to Sharon Martin for review.  It is hoped that it will be approved at the next meeting. 
   

Tiger Team Proposal – Craig circulated a draft proposal for the Tiger Team concept for review by the CLC membership.  The team reviewed the proposed outline and made some recommendations with regards to members and the facilitator.  Craig said he would ask Sharon Martin to review the draft proposal for any other suggestions.  Once Sharon has reviewed it, Craig will approach the proposed participants to invite them to be part of the Tiger Team. The finalized version of the proposal will be attached to the next set of meeting notes.  
  

Meeting Schedule – It was agreed that we would next meet in one month’s time and decide later if we need to adjust the meeting frequency.

Next Meeting Date –6:00 pm, on Tuesday, 2 May 2006 at the George Dixon Centre.
