Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:07pm. 

Review of Notes from Previous Meeting – Meeting of 21 February 2006.  Moved by Anne, Seconded by Clark to accept the notes from the meeting of 21 February 2006.  Carried.

Review of Meeting Activities and Costs Submission – Craig circulated the draft report on the costs of meetings and activities that have been conducted by the CLC.  Due to the passage of time, costs for several meetings are not available.  Therefore, it may prove difficult to determine the allocation of costs to CLC activities.  Craig said he would contact Ted Tam to determine what costs have been charged so far against the Halifax CLC Community Integration Fund (CIF).  It was decided to postpone this submission to a later date. 
 

E-Mail to Professor Divine – Craig circulated the e-mail that he had sent to Prof. Divine conveying that the CLC could not support the funding of a study from the CIF.  Craig said that he received an acknowledgement of the e-mail from Prof. Divine.
 

Draft CDC Concept Submission and Brainstorming Potential CDC Projects – Craig presented the draft of the CDC concept that will be submitted to Brad Anguish for review by the legal department of HRM.   The CLC, under the facilitation of Sharon Martin, brainstormed potential projects for the CDC.  Craig will collate these ideas and write them up for review by the CLC at the next meeting. 

Halifax CLC Interim Report – Craig asked if the members had any final submissions to go to Delaine for the Interim Report. The goal is to finalize and circulate the report by the end of March 2006.

Next Meeting Date –6:00 pm, on Tuesday, 21 March 2006 at the George Dixon Centre.
