That Halifax Regional Council direct staff to reinstate a community based board, similar to the Canada Games Centre and Dartmouth Sportsplex; this board to enter into a management agreement with the Municipality to oversee and operate the Sackville Sports Stadium.

13.2.1 Supplementary Education – Agreement to Extend Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) – Private & Confidential Report
Motion:
That Halifax Regional Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the agreement to extend the 2011 Supplementary Education Funding Agreement.It is further recommended that the private and confidential report dated July 2, 2015 be released to the public when the Agreement has been fully signed by both Halifax Regional School Board (HRSB) and Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).

Motion: That Halifax Regional Council:
1) direct staff to prepare the 2016-17 budgets using the current tax structure, without any specific changes for multi-unit properties;
2) request a supplementary staff report on the tax credit for investment outlined on page 8 of the staff report dated June 30, 2015; and
3) set a date for Committee of the Whole to discuss the assessment CAP.
